WIWTM April 2017

WIWTM April 2017

This month was a really light cycle for me. All in my flow lasted for 4 days in total with the first day being light; second day being light; third day being moderate and the last day being light spotting. I used 15 cloth pads throughout this month's cycle. I wanted to try out my Lunette menstrual cup but I felt my cycle was too light to try it out. I'm hoping to be able to use it during my next cycle in May.

Fluffy Mail

I received this stunning TCS-Eco pad this month that I bought from the CSP & Reusable Products Sales Group on Facebook from a girl who was destashing it as prepped unused from her stash. This pad is an 11" heavy that is minky topped and fleece backed. TCS-Eco is without a doubt my goldilocks brand. Kerry-Anne the owner and maker of these amazing pads (and scrundies too!) is based in Irvine, northern Scotland, UK. I really like the shape of these pads as they're not too flared as I don't need that much coverage since my flow isn't heavy at all. I think it's quite funny that these pads look fairly similar to the disposable pads that I used to wear - which were usually Always Ultra. I have seen a lot of WAHMs and shop owners talking about how makers sometimes base their pad shapes off of the disposable pads that are available on the market at the moment and then develop and create their own shapes and designs. I have a few more TCS-Eco pads on their way to me which should be arriving in the new week or so...when I say a few I mean 9 and I'm not even sorry about it! I bought 3 pads from two different people who were destashing from their collections and tonight I bought 6 from Kerry-Anne's TCS-Eco and Friends sale tonight. She holds a RTS night mostly every Sunday where you can pick up pads that she has made during that week. I was lucky enough to score two discounted bundles; a set of 3 cotton topped 9" liners for £18 and a set of 3 cotton topped 9" regulars for £19.50. So I will have some more posts coming up shortly with pictures of those pads as they arrive.

WIWTM March 2017

Woops! Better late than never as they say! I was house and dog sitting at my parent's house for a month while they were away in Australia visiting my brother. I had my March cycle there and then I totally forgot to upload this post once I had washed all of my cloth pads and sterilized my cup so please forgive me! Without further hesitation on with WIWTM March 2017.

This month I wore a total of 15 pads and I rocked my Ruby Cup for the first time! I wore 4 cloth pads that I haven't worn before including one I have been sent for review (I'll be talking about that in a upcoming post so be sure to look out for that!).
